Boutiques in the fashion district in Toronto are losing business and are being forced to shut down. it is quoted that “these are not good times for fashion in the area”. It might be assumed that the Toronto Fashion District is losing customers because of the fact that it is becoming less appealing to consumers or that consumers have found other places to purchase such items.
